Ayr gain Silver TOP Club Award

Ayr Cricket Club has become the fourth Club in Scotland to be awarded the prestigious Silver TOP Club award by Cricket Scotland and in doing so become only the second SNCL Club to reach the Silver level.  The certificate presentation was part of the Club’s junior presentation night, at which juniors aged 4-18 were receiving medals and trophies for their accomplishments over the season.

At the presentation, Cricket Scotland’s Head of Community Development Steve Paige said “I congratulate Ayr Cricket Club on their fantastic achievement with regards to reaching Silver TOP Club, it is clear that the hard work put in by the volunteers, parents and players is rightly paying dividends for the Club, Ayr are a Club I view as a model of good practice and one for others to follow
